Metal powder coating

Powder coating is a technology with a help of which high quality decorative protecting polymer overlay can be obtained, which is created from polymer powder, applied electronically to a metal surface. To obtain the final solid, tough, abrasion resistant coating the powder coated items are placed in an oven and heated to a 180 degrees Celsius temperature. 

Powder coating is ordinary used for the painting and treatment of metal details: doors, handrails, fences, facades, windows, roofs, furniture, mirrors, radiators, household objects and for other items and materials.


Powder coating has many advantages:

Dependant from the material and its factual condition particular actions of technological process has to be carried out before painting


  • Shot blasting

metal constructions have been surfaced with a metal shot blasting

  • Priming

Zink ground is covered electronically and afterwards hot drying is done (in an oven of 180 decrees Celsius and kept for a particular period of time)


*if shot blasting is not being applied metal items before priming are being deprived of fat – have been washed with an alkali solution

  • Powder coating

Powder coating is covered electronically and afterwards hot drying is done (in an oven of 180 decrees Celsius and kept for a particular period of time), to have a firm coverage. Colors are available in  RAL catalogue, as well as special colors
